What food is nutrition for our body and what is poison?

I know this statement is outright dramatic and it is for a good reason. Because it is time we open our eyes to healthy living through nutritious food. We all know that we need to eat healthily and in this day and age, what we consume as food literally makes or breaks us. We are staring at a health care disaster waiting to happen. Hopefully, this COVID 19 lockdown is an opportune time to learn about healthy food and make it part of our lives. The sooner the better, because one thing the COVID 19 pandemic has taught us is that prevention through immunity-building in our body is certainly better than any cure.

The most important aspect of our health is the delicate chemical balance that has to be maintained in our body. And for this to happen in our body, the acid-alkaline balance or the pH value has to be maintained in its natural state. Our failure to maintain this acid-alkaline balance results in the various diseases that are part of our body these days. On the positive side, once we maintain this pH value in its natural state consistently, we will not only enjoy good health but also overall well-being. So, it is logical that we have to maintain the pH value at the correct level, which ranges from a value of 7.35 to 7.45 and which is slightly alkaline.

How does acid-alkaline balance in our body connect to the food that we consume?

There is a very direct and striking connection. The food that we consume is converted to acidic or alkaline matter at the very end and this makes our body alkaline or acidic.

So, we need to eat the right, healthy & natural food in order to increase the alkaline content in our body thereby helping the body to maintain the pH balance.

What kind of food do we consume for a healthy life?

The general principle is that the body has to be slightly alkaline to avoid disease. This can be achieved when the food intake is as per the recommended thumb-rule ratio of approximately 25% acidic and 75% alkaline. This leads us to a systematic and easy-to-follow, color-coded list of foods that is given below and which will guide us towards the kind of food that we need to consume or avoid in order for our body to maintain the acid-alkaline balance. Following this food guide as a everyday mantra that will lead us on the path of healthy living, by consuming healthy food.

This list is the right step forward to get you started on healthy living and is not a definitive remedy for any ailment or disease. For wholesome remedies and natural interventions leading to a life filled with health and well-being, consult your physician or you can contact me @ 9886694164
