It produces chemicals that help us feel happy and maintain a healthy state of mind. The disorders of the brain & nervous system mainly affect the mental well-being of most people due to anxiety-related problems. Other problems like stroke & heart disease, asthma, depression are linked to the nervous system. You can overcome stress by eating right, exercising, practicing meditation, and having a positive attitude to life.
