  • Is there any age limit to join the fitness programs?
    Anyone above the age of 12 is welcome to join. In fact, one of our clients is a 70-year-old lady who is giving the youngsters fitness goals! We personalize our programs according to the individual, so we look forward to any person joining, provided he/she wants a better body and health !
  • Are there online programs?
    Yes, we also have online programs, where you can train from the comfort of your home.
  • Do I need to work out every day?
    The training schedule depends upon your fitness goals and your capacity. But training every day is not mandatory at all. We respect your body’s wishes for rest and relaxation so that you can recover.
  • Will nutrition be a part of my training?
    Yes, that is what makes our programs so unique. All training programs include nutritional guidance and sample meal plans that are specific to your training routine, goals & dietary preferences.
  • I am vegan/vegetarian, can I still sign up?"
    Yes of course. Just ensure you inform us about your specific dietary requirements when you register with us so that your plan will accommodate your preferences.
  • Are supplements part of your fitness programs?
    All programs include supplement guidance specific to your training routine and goals. We also allow you to make minor substitutions based on the supplements available in your area.
  • Will the programs have consultations for post-training issues like soreness?
    Definitely. This is where our nutrition consultation helps with your training. We will suggest suitable dietary changes in your food intake so that issues like soreness are minimized.
  • Does the training program include body transformation?
    Sharath is an advanced Body Transformation Specialist! So, your goals of weight loss, weight gain, shaping up etc are part of the training and also will be the outcome of our programs.
  • Can I get a refund in case I want to opt-out of the program?
    Sorry! Once you choose to enroll in a program and make the payment, there will be no refund.
